1. Purpose and Scope: The University of TN department of Facilities Services is seeking a supplier to provide materials, repairs and installation services of mechanical insulation. This will include, but is not limited to, insulation of duct work, piping and equipment. Types of materials and methods include fiberglass, foamglass, and other materials associated with vapor barriers, protective coatings and jacketing. 2.
