The Municipality of Lac-Beauport requires tenders for: SNOW REMOVAL OF PUBLIC ROADS AND SIDEWALKS IN THE WEST SECTOR OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAC-BEAUPORT The municipality of Lac-Beauport wishes to hire the services of a snow removal contractor to carry out this operation. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest tender, nor any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the successful bidders in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. Successful bidders must obtain the tender documents from the website. The fees are set according to the rates established by them. A bid bond of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid.
