Reference number : 1701928 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-28 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Options related to this notice: This notice includes renewal options (The contract will be for one (1) season (2023-2024) and two (2) optional seasons (2024-2025) (2025-2026).) The Municipality of Lac-Beauport requires tenders for: Snow removal from public parking lots. Object of the contract: The contractor will have to carry out snow removal operations in addition to supplying abrasives and melters for various public parking lots in the municipality for (1) one guaranteed season and (2) two other optional seasons. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. A bid guarantee of 10% of the submitted price including taxes must accompany the bid.
