Site work, new construction and renovation of a golf course in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,240-square-foot, one-story above grade golf course; for the renovation of a golf course; and for site work for a golf course.
The Work consists of mobilization to and from the project site, completing site preparations as required and constructing building foundations, a new steel building and exterior aprons to the elevations indicated on the drawings along with stripping, fill and final grading.
