The Bidder shall provide: a Bid Bond written on Canadian Construction Documents Committee Form CCDC 220 or similar form acceptable to the City in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Total Tender Amount and endorsed in the name of the City of Brandon as obligee. a Consent of Surety or Agreement to Bond in a form acceptable to the City, stating that, if the Bidder is awarded the Contract, the Surety will provide a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price and a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price. Enquiries shall be received in writing at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the Submission Deadline. Enquiries received after this date may not be responded to.
