Renovation of a residential development in Marshall, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Housing Authority of the City of Marshall. Missouri will be accepting proposals for: Preparation & painting of vacated units. The Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all proposals. The Housing Authority manages 224 units of public housing, ofthose units 118 units are one bedroom, 55 units two bedrooms, 49 units three bedrooms and 2 units four bedrooms. The housing authority is seeking a contractor to prepare and paint units as they become vacant. The housing authority estimates that it will have approximately 30 - 50 units that will need to be painted within a year period oftime. Major nicotine damage cleaning may be requested by the Housing Authority to be charged by contractor as bid. Patch dents and small holes on interior ceilings/walls and prime paint as required to insure a "like new" appearance of apartment. Paint exterior & interior of entry doors. Job related waste to be removed from the apartment & disposed of by contractor. Apartment to be cleaned to ensure no paint residue is on the fixtures, trim & windows: floors cleaned so that no paint is stuck to the floor. Contractor to supply all necessary paint, primer, & other materials forjob completion. Sherwin Williams' Dover White paint on all walls & ceiling. Sherwin William Irish Cream paint on all entry/exit doors. (Only substitutes is perfect match approved by Authority prior to use.)
