The Oregon Convention Center and Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is hereby requesting proposals for Parking Lot Operations at the Oregon Convention Center located at 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Portland, OR. OCC has a two-level parking garage containing approximately 800 spaces with two points of entry and one surface lot. The selected Contractor shall provide labor for the operations of these areas. Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
