This work shall include, but not be limited to, removal and/or installation of pavement markings, striping, and delineators throughout the City of Hammond as directed by City staff or representatives. All work is located in the City of Hammond, Lake County, Indiana. This work shall be completed within 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified check or cashier's check made payable to the City of Hammond or an acceptable Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price executed by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Indiana. A performance bond and payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required. A set consists of a set of specifications and bidding documents in electronic PDF format. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on bid forms contained in the Contract Documents. All Bidders must be properly licensed in the City of Hammond at the time bids are received.
