Brief description of needs The work consists of carrying out summer and winter maintenance and all related work on the section starting at the intersection of Route 113 (access to the town of Lebel-sur-Quevillon) and Route 19900 up to at the intersection of the Billy-Diamond road (km 6), a length of +- 107 km. The market starts on May 1 , 2023 and ends on April 30, 2024. It can be renewed for an additional year. ONLY SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CONTRACT WHO HAVE AN ESTABLISHMENT ON THE JAMES BAY TERRITORY AND WHO HAVE THE MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS.
