Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate (SWOT) Detention Center (Old Agency) Plans call for the new ground up construction of a 15,000 square foot CMU 25-bed detention center at the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Tribal Reservation. Contract: Donlar reserves the right to pre-qualify subcontractors before awarding a contract. Subcontractor/Material Supplier agree that Donlar's Standard Subcontract Agreement shall be the prescribed subcontract form without modification. By submitting a proposal, Subcontractor/Material Supplier acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in the Standard Subcontract Agreement.
