PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. The project primarily consists of the replacement of the basement AHU's with a new AHU that services the basement and the 1st floors. Also include the replacement of an AHU that is located on the 1st floor mezzanine. The existing Roof Top Units will have dampers replaced. BID SECURITY A. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount (in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check) is required for bids totaling $175,000 or more.
