The City of Vadnais Heights is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for reconstruction of its Kohler Meadows Park tennis courts, (365 East County Road F, Vadnais Heights, MN 55127). The Kohler Meadows Park tennis courts are heavily used throughout the season. It has been determined that the condition of the courts will require a full reconstruction rather than resurfacing. Proposals must include quotes for the reconstruction of the four adjoining tennis courts and access steps, including: Removal and disposal of current court material Removal and disposal of existing steps to courts (two sets - shown in attached) Installation of new court surface, coating, and striping Installation of ADA-compliant access ramps to replace stairs Other project considerations to note: Existing court fencing will remain, some work may be needed to address heaved posts. Conditions may be reassessed with spring snowmelt. Contractors must minimize impacts to the park outside the scope of the project; contractor will be responsible for any necessary restoration to areas impacted by project construction Quotes may include installation of wind screening. This item is optional and should be itemized in the quote. Quotes should include all labor and materials costs Work may be scheduled around activities in the park
