Furnishing all equipment, labor, materials and appurtenances required to construct a community swimming pool and bathhouse, and other such work as may be incidental to MUNICIPAL POOL, JULESBURG. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Question Deadline 03/26/2023 The Project consists of constructing'a new community swimming pool and bathhouse facility located at Julesburg, Colorado. The Work includes site preparation, construction of pool, bathhouse, concrete deck, chain link fencing, plumbing fixtures, pool sealing and painting, and such other work as may be necessary and incidental thereto.
