Football field and track improvements at Wagner High School, located. Scope of project will include the removal of the existing natural turf from the football field and replacing with new synthetic turf and the demolition and reconstruction of the existing track. In addition to these improvements, flat work and asphalt will be replaced for ADA compliance, the on-site detention pond will be expanded to accommodate current Atlas 14 standards A proposal bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Proposal, plus all additive alternatives, if applicable, shall be attached to the Proposal Form ESTIMATED PROJECT BUDGET: $4,800,000.00 (BASE BID), $720,000.00 (ALTERNATE BID #1), $360,000.00 (ALTERNATE BID #2), and $63,000.00 (ALTERNATE BID #3), based on the Plans and Specifications All questions concerning this Proposal must be received no later than 2:00 PM, on Monday, March 27, 2023. Inquiries should be identified by title, date, proposal number, and should be submitted and posted to Judson ISD Public Purchase site. Judson ISD will then forward all inquiries to the Architect. Inquiries sent in any other format and/ or any other party will not be considered. The Project must be complete and ready for occupancy not later than September 15, 2023 (FIELD/BASE BID) and December 15, 2023 (TRACK/ALTERNATE(S) BID) assuming that the successful Offeror is given notice of its top ranking on or before April 21, 2023. Any proposal must provide for final completion by this date. Alternately, Offerors are asked to submit the number of calendar days required for completion of the Work, if completion of the Work shall be prior to such date. Offerors are advise that The Project is subject to liquidated damages in the amount of $1,250.00 per day for each day's delay in the Substantial Completion of the Work.
