Project will not be rebid publicly.* The project consists of the construction of a new access controls, new hollow metal doors, new hollow metal frames, new aluminum entrances and installation of new door hardware as specified. This project involves modification of existing doors and installation of new door hardware on existing doors. This project will occur at fourteen sites in thirteen (13) separate buildings throughout the school district. This includes the Board of Education located at Cline Elementary School . Bids received after will be returned unopened. No bids received through FAX transmission will be accepted. Estimated Cost:$1,256,582.00 Alternate G-1:$6,485.00 Alternate T-1: $317,400.00 No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities and errors in bidding to the extent permitted by law. This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipts of bids. Primary construction features a.
