QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY:03/23/2023 3:00PM (EST) Start date: 06/24/2023 End date: 06/23/2028. Dates provided are estimates only. This is a one (1) year contract with four (4) one (1) year renewal options. The maximum potential contract life is five (5) years. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of award. See clause entitled "Term of Contract - Effective Date/Initial Contract Period". In the event the repairs, maintenance and adjustments have not been completed at the end of the contract period, USC reserves the right to contract with the new contractor for the repairs. The current contractor shall be assessed the amount of money required to perform the necessary repairs or maintenance. This amount shall be deducted from the current contractor's final payment or the performance bond.
