The Town of South Windsor Public Building Commission advertises the Invitation to Bid for Storage Shed for the new Pleasant Valley Elementary Schools. The sheds are 30'x30' in size. Bids shall include delivery and installation at the site. Questions regarding this invitation to bid should be directed to Ms. Kathleen Turner, Senior Project Manager, of Colliers Project Leaders. Email: kathleen.turner@collierseng.com. Questions must be submitted by 3/29/2023. A final addendum, if required, will be posted to the CT DAS Contracting by Friday, 3/31/2023 by noon. The South Windsor Public Building Commission is soliciting quotes to provide one(1) 30'x30' modular storage sheds for the Pleasant Valley Elementary School. The shed will require foundations and associated site work, as outlined in section II to receive the shed. Concrete walk leading to the shed are provided by the Construction Manager outside of this scope of work. The selected bidder will perform this work in coordination with the on-site Construction Manager prior to delivery and assembly of the shed. Power to shed to be coordinated and installed by third party after shed installation Appendices B and C provide site plans with shed location identified. Pleasant Valley Elementary School is still under construction, and bidders can expect to coordinate with other sitework contractors performing adjacent work. Shed Construction and Foundation/Sitework shall be priced separately per attached bid form Appendix E. The owner reserves the right to modify the award of the foundation work to a third-party contractor. In the event of such modified award, coordination between the third party and the awarded vendor to be facilitated by Colliers Project Leaders.
