Site work and paving for a road / highway in Limerick, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Public Works Project for 70,860 (+/-) sy Bituminous Surface Treatment and 7,240 gallons of Grip-Tight Fog Seal and Flush Coat Emulsion The successful bidder will be required to post a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price and a ten percent (10%) Maintenance Bond. Quantities are not guaranteed and may vary (+/-). It is the intent to award this project as a single contract to the lowest qualified and responsible bidder. The Limerick Twp. Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof as they may deem necessary and in the best interest of Limerick Township. Bituminous Surface Treatment as per Technical Specifications, using 1/2" aggregate for the first application and 1/4" for the second application followed by an application of Grip Tight Fog Seal per specification, once the stone has set for a period of 5 days and been swept. All questions must be answered and the data given must be clear and comprehensive. This statement must be notarized. If necessary, questions may be answered on separate attached sheets. The Bidder may submit any additional information he/she desires.
