Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Limerick, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools and equipment to perform road widening, storm sewer installation, base asphalt paving, curb installation, sidewalk installation, landscaping and restoration. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw a bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Limerick Township in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed, to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Bid surety checks and bid bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the awarding and signing of the Contract. The successful bidder(s) will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Bonds in one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract; a Maintenance Bond in the amount of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total contract price, as well as a Certificate of Insurance. Project bids are to comply with the Prevailing Wage requirements that are included in the bid documents. The Township reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids, or take such action as it may deem in the best interest of the Township and as may be permitted by law.
