Site work for a road / highway in Limerick, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Limerick Township will receive sealed bids for the Limerick Township Trail Fence Project. The scope of work generally includes Installation of 2 rail split rail fence. Bids will have a tentative award date of June 21, 2022. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond, certified check or cashier's check, in favor of Limerick Township in the amount of not less than 10% of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder shall be bound to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and a Labor & Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, on bond forms provided by Limerick Township. Award of the Contract, if the contract is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder, however Limerick Township reserves the right to reject any and or all bids on any basis and to waive any informality in the bidding, as permitted by law. No bidder may withdraw a bid after the actual date of the opening thereof. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 6/2/2022 5:00 PM
