39,400 (+/-) sy Bituminous Surface Treatment and 3,850 gallons of Grip-Tight Fog Seal and Flush Coat Emulsion. All sealed proposals shall be submitted with a ten percent (10%) bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to post a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price and a ten percent (10%) Maintenance Bond. Quantities are not guaranteed and may vary (+/-). It is the intent to award this project as a single contract to the lowest qualified and responsible bidder. The Limerick Twp. Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof as they may deem necessary and in the best interest of Limerick Township Limerick Township Department of Public Works William R.
