The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to complete in place the upgrades to the existing elevators at the Irving City Hall building as delineated in the specifications and drawings prepared exclusively for this project. The City shall have the authority to specify the sequence of construction for all work performed on this project and this shall be considered a non-pay item.
