Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Irving, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to install complete in place the Keeler Park Improvement Project, which will include: Concrete walks and trail, asphalt parking lot expansion, concrete pickleball courts, Cool-Topper picnic tables, exercise stations on turf surfacing, swings for the playground area, trail and area lighting, the Musco lighting system, cedar screen fence with masonry columns and a complete irrigation system. The City shall have the authority to specify the sequence of construction for all work performed on this project and this shall be considered a non-pay item. Unless approved in writing by the Engineer, the Contractor shall provide and maintain access to the center, during construction, at all times, and this shall be considered a non-pay item.
