Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Picture Rocks, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Removal and replacement of front porch and handicap ramp. Remove and dispose of existing ramp and front porch. Dig footers for perimeter of porch, steps and ramp a minimum of 42 below grade. Lay 8 block to grade and a combination of 4 block and brick above grade. Form and pour 5 thick concrete ramp and porch floor with #3 rebar 16 on center both directions, install vinyl post and railing on both sides of ramp including porch and steps. All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed In a work like manner according to standard practices. The successful bidder must show proof of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. The Picture Rocks Borough must be listed as certificate holder on certificate of liability insurance and must show proof of workers compensation insurance. Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept such bid that the council deems to be in the best interest of the borough
