The Borough of Picture Rocks will receive sealed bids for snow removal & spreading of salt/cinders on borough streets. Bids shall specify individual hourly rates for plowing and salt/cinder spreading based upon a (1) year contract. Salt and cinders will be furnished by the Borough and shall be applied via mechanical spreader. All work to be performed at the direction of Borough Council or its representative. The successful bidder must show proof of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. The Borough of Picture Rocks must be listed as certified holder on certificate of liability insurance and show proof of workers compensation insurance. Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to accept such bid that council deems to be in the best interest of the Borough.
