The City is seeking proposals for State of Pennsylvania certified Lead Risk Assessment Companies. The scope of work will consist of a Lead Inspection/Risk Assessment for fifty units over a twelve-month period. The Pennsylvania certified company will follow HUD "Guidelines for the evaluation and control of Lead-based paint hazards in housing" (2012) as well as all State, and Local Laws, regulations and codes for the evaluation of Lead-based paint hazards in housing units for inspection and clearance requirements. Question Deadline 09/12/2023 at 2:00 PM ET This will be a three (3) year contract with two (2) 1-year options to extend at the discretion of the City
