snow removal & spreading of salt/cinders on borough streets. Bids shall specify individual hourly rates for plowing and salt/cinder spreading based upon a (1) year contract. Salt and cinders will be furnished by the Borough and shall be applied via mechanical spreader. All work to be performed at the direction of Borough Council or its representative. The successful bidder must show proof of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 and workers compensation insuranc Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept such bid that the council deems to be in the best interest of the Borough.
