This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Conemaugh Township, Pennsylvania. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
For the following: Item No. 1 DSA material 2,800 feet long by 18 feet wide. Depth is laid to 6 to 8 inches compacted to 4.5 inches. Supervisors reserve the right to take samples of material prior to the award of the bid. Please bid price delivered and in place on Weaver Road in Adams Twp. Trucks must be covered in transport and wait time. Placement must be by paver and in single pass. Crown of road must be 4-6%. 10-ton vibratory roller must be used for compaction. Placement timeframe after April 1st but before September 30th. Township has right to cancel placement if inclement weather arises. Liquidated Damages Apply. 10% Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10 % of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
