Renovation of an educational facility in Metairie, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.
Social distancing as per requirements of the state will be followed. Sealed proposals shall be marked on the envelope cover, plainly and prominently with the following: a) bidder's name, address and telephone number b) State License Number of Contractor if the bid is in excess of $50,000.00 and c) the statement "Proposal for (project name and number)". Bidders have the option to submit bids electronically in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statute 38:2212 E (1). Participation by minority and female-owned businesses, as well as businesses located in this Parish, is encouraged. The architect/engineer has classified this project as Commercial General Construction.
