No The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the University) The University is conducting an RFP for Cooling Tower Upgrade Two Cooling Tower located on the roof of the 4th floor of the building needed to be upgraded and bring back to manufacturer's specification as shown on the scope of work mentioned in Schedule D Part 1 Technical Submission Requirements.
