The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collu-sion Affidavit with the bid. Prevailing Pennsylvania Wage rates will apply to this project. In addition to the Equal Employment requirements of Ex-ecutive Order 11246 regarding discrimination, the CON-TRACTOR must establish a 6.9% goal for female parti-cipation and a 1% goal for minority participation in his/her aggregate on-site construction workforce for contracts in excess of $10,000. Bids may be held by the City of DuBois for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The City of DuBois reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts. Apply miscellaneous markings to local streets in the City of DuBois, including but not lim-ited to crosswalks, centerlines, symbols, stop bars and parking spaces.
