Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sleepy Hollow, New York. Working plans call for the construction of a 21,000-square-foot municipal facility; 9,000-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and 14,000-square-foot parking garage.
Originally, Phase 3 was to be the construction of a new 21,000 square foot Department of Public Works (DPW) facility, A 9,000 square foot Vehicle Storage Building (VSB) and approximately 14,000 square feet of covered vehicle parking/storage. TIMELINE: As of October 1, 2026, Phase 3 was not awarded as bids exceeded budgeted costs. The Village indicated that the project would be split into multiple phases and rebid. The project will be split into Back of House and Front of House phases. Target to send out request for bid is December 2026 or January 2027.
