The Work Shall Include Providing Landscape Installation, Site Preparation, Clearing and Grubbing, Electrical Components, Mulching, Mowing and Litter Removal, Irrigation, and a Two (2) Year Landscape Establishment Period. No Pre-bid Conference Will Be Held for This Project. Contractor Experience Documentation: Expertise and Experience is Required in the Performance of Landscaping. The Experience in Landscaping Form (850-070-09) Must Be Filled Out and Submitted With the Bid to Be Reviewed by the Department For Bids Over $150,000.00, the Standard Proposal Guaranty of 5% of the Bid Will Be Required, Unless Otherwise Stipulated in the Proposal Advertisement.
