Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

This project calls for the use of approximately 3,900 gallons of P-608 emulsified asphalt seal coat to treat approximately 26,000 Square Yards of pavement around the Hangars and Taxiways at the Lake Havasu Municipal Airport without aggregate. FY 2022-2023 P-608 The P-608 Emulsified Asphalt Seal Coat will be applied at a 2:1 dilution rate (2 parts concentrated asphalt material to one part hot water) and requires 4% polymer. The application rate will be approximately 0.15 gallons of emulsion per square yard of asphalt. The final application rate will be determined by control strips and approval of the city representative. The winning bidder will have 15 days to complete this project, after notice to proceed. All work must be started and completed between May 1, 2023 and June 6, 2023 to coincide with airport runway/taxiway closures. Minimal traffic control will be needed as the runways/taxiways will be closed, but all spray areas must be coned/closed off to ensure proper protection. It shall be understood that Lake Havasu City is under no obligation to award this project.
