Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Hillsboro, Oregon. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The County desires to pre-qualify outside organizations and obtain services to help the County with it's architectural, engineering, and consulting service needs for County-owned buildings and facilities. Services will include, but not be limited to: Preliminary investigation, project management, on-site inspection, design, permitting, and supplemental construction services. The County's usage of the Consultant's services are on an as-needed basis such that if the demand is not there, then the services will not be requested. Proposers are encouraged to focus on their areas of strength and are not required to team with a large number of sub-consultants to cover potential types of projects. The County reserves the right to modify this schedule at the County's discretion. Proper notification of changes to the due date will be made to all parties that have received the proposal from the County's Procurement Portal. The term of the contract will be Initial contract term will be one year, with the option to renew for up to a total of five years. Question Deadline 03/17/2023 at 3:00 PM
