In general, the work shall include, but is not limited to roadway excavation of existing asphalt concrete pavement and portion of the aggregate base to a specified depth; placement of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) as specified; pavement patch and repair; tree removal; tree stump grinding; pavement crack treatment; slurry seal; chip seal; removal and installation of striping and raised pavement markings; installation of ADA compliant ramps; installation of sidewalk; removal and installation of street signs and street sign posts; installation of temporary construction area signs; traffic control; sediment control; removal and construction of sections of curb and gutter; and all incidental and appurtenant improvements and restorations as shown on the Plans and as specified herein these Specifications.
