Renovation of a library in Coplay, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
ADA Complaint doors at the Coplay Public Library to replace the front doors so that they can be operated by those who are senior citizens and or disabled and lack the strength or ability to open the front doors. Bids must include a certified check or bid bond, with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid amount, all as posted through PennBid. A Performance Bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wages shall apply. Requests for clarification are due Monday, May 22, 2023 10:00:00 AM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. Coplay Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty (60) days.
