Proponents responding to the public notice are advised that official RFP documents may only be obtained from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) OR through the City of Moncton's Purchasing Department. Only proponents who have received the rfp directly from the new brunswick opportunities network (nbon) or the city of moncton's purchasing department are eligible to submit a proposal at this time. The City of Moncton is seeking to retain the services of a highly qualified, experienced, and committed professional engineering firm to work with the City of Moncton, which includes, but is not limited to, the following key tasks: (a) Background Information and Best Practices Review; (b) Public Consultation; (c) Traffic Calming Strategy and Policy; (d) Preliminary Screening of Collector/Arterial Roadways; (e) Cost Estimates and Capital Works Planning alternatives; and (f) Speed Zone Assessment and Strategy.
