All work encompassed in this document shall commence on the anticipated date of July 3, 2023 and shall have AN ANTICIPATED COMPLETION DATE OF SEPTEMBER 30, 2023. A BID BOND made payable to "The City of Moncton", in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) OF THE TOTAL TENDERED PRICE (TAXES INCLUDED), shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that a Contract will be entered if a bid is accepted.
