Proponents responding to the public notice are advised that official RFP documents may only be obtained from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) OR through the City of Moncton's Purchasing Department.
Only proponents who have received the rfp directly from the new brunswick opportunities network (nbon) or the city of moncton's purchasing department are eligible to submit a proposal at this time. The City of Moncton is seeking to retain the services of a highly qualified,
experienced, and committed professional engineering firm to work with the City of Moncton, which includes, but is not limited to, the following key tasks:
(a) Background Information and Best Practices Review;
(b) Public Consultation;
(c) Traffic Calming Strategy and Policy;
(d) Preliminary Screening of Collector/Arterial Roadways;
(e) Cost Estimates and Capital Works Planning alternatives; and
(f) Speed Zone Assessment and Strategy. All requests for additional information, clarifications or instructions concerning the RFP and the preparation of Proposals must be sent IN WRITING (facsimile or e-mail) and received by the City of Moncton's Purchasing Department no later than end of business day THURSDAY, MARCH 23, 2023. Proponents are requested NOT to make any inquiries of City staff, members of Moncton City Council, and / or Consultants. Oral and written information provided to any Proponent by anyone other than Tanya Carter, Purchasing Manager or Jennifer Wallace, Procurement Officer, will NOT be binding.
