The work under Contract No. 2023-01 generally consists of pump station rehabilitation at the McNaughton Pump Station. The work includes replacement of pumps, pump control panels, and installation of an emergency generator. Bidder is advised that the pumps, pump control panel, and generator will be supplied by OWNER and installed by the CONTRACTOR. All other materials necessary for a complete installation shall be supplied by CONTRACTOR. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/27/2023 4:30 PM No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of the bids. Contractor shall submit an E-Verify Program Verification in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012. BIDDER'S SURETY -- A certified check payable to Prospect Borough or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. SUCCESSFUL BIDDING BIDDER awarded this contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
