Renovation of a library in Jersey City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Selective demolition and disposal of construction debris. 2. Cutting and patching through walls and ceilings where required. 3. Fabrication and installation of new ductwork for existing HVAC units, including all required access doors, balancing dampers, thermostats, connection and hanging accessories for a complete system. 4. Provision and installation of supply air diffusers and return registers. 5. Testing and balancing of entire HVAC systems. See summary of work, section 011000 YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE BID IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ANY ADDENDA(S) THAT MAY OCCUR. Failure to acknowledge receipt of all addenda will cause the bid to be considered non-responsive, and the bid will be rejected. Acknowledgement of receipt of each addendum must be clearly established and included with the bid pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.2 (e).
