Site work and remodeling of a municipal facility in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The work and materials to be furnished by this Contractor consist generally of the following items: 1. Furnish complete installation of electric service facilities, feeder wiring, panelboards, branch circuit wiring, wiring devices, and other work indicated on the drawings or called for in these specifications. 2. Grounding of the equipment of each electrical system. CONTRACT DESCRIPTION A. Project will be constructed under a construction management contract, and is administered through the Construction Manager. B. If the construction time exceeds the contracted time, the Architect has the right to charge the Owner for the additional time spent on the project, which may then be back charged to the Contractor. 1.03 DESCRIPTION OF ALTERATIONS WORK A. Scope of demolition and removal work is shown on drawings. B. Scope of new construction work is shown on drawings. C. Plumbing: Renovation, keeping existing in operation. D. HVAC: Renovation, keeping existing in operation. E. Electrical Power and Lighting: Renovation, keeping existing in operation. F. Fire Suppression Sprinklers: No work, keeping existing in operation. G. Fire Alarm: No work, keeping existing in operation. H. Telephone: No work, keeping existing in operation. I. Security System: No work, keeping existing in operation. J. Site Utilities: No work, keeping existing in operation. K. Landscaping: No work, keeping existing in operation.
