Provide and install 80 new vinyl replacement windows in 301-304 Mims. Provide and install associated aluminum coil stock for window trim. Provide and install aluminum coil stock to cover the existing soffit and fascia at 301-304 Mims. Provide and install gutters and 40 downspouts at 301-304 and 305-308 Mims.
