**As of May 9, 2023, project was awarded to John Spainhour & Sons Grading, awarded amount is $89,609.93.** Direct all inquiries concerning this RFP to: Dwayne Childress Support Services Director (336) 242-2030 or Thomas Marshburn Parks & Recreation Director (336) 212-8644 This is for the Yadkin River Park, which falls under the Davidson County Parks & Recreation Department. The purpose of this bid is to pour concrete for the architectural feature area, sidewalks around planting beds, water fountain, park benches, picnic table area and 3 themed playground areas. This project roughly calls for around 210 yards of concrete and will need to be done by the end of June 30, 2023, so the playground units can be installed. The Masterplan for the park was created in 2020 and this is the fourth phase of the park addition.
