This RFP is for landscaping services for the Corporate Park area along Belmont Road and Egger Parkway in the Linwood area. This effort is being made to conserve County dollars and yet receive the maximum benefit for the County regarding the up keep of facilities and grounds. Include materials (shrub fertilizer, insecticide, fungicide and pre and post emergent herbicide/turf seed, fertilizer insecticide and pre and post emergent herbicide), labor and supervision to perform the maintenance work listed in Section 3. This is assuming the contractor will successfully complete all tasks every month every year. This Contract may be renewed at the expiration of the initial term at the request of the County. No later than, January 30 of every year and is set by mutual agreement. To the extent required by the State of North Carolina or the County of Davidson, the Contractor shall be duly licensed to sell the goods or perform the services required to be delivered pursuant to this Contract. The County reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any proposal, waive informalities, and award the contract to best serve the interest of the County.
