A mandatory pre-bid site tour will be held on 3/20/2023 at 10:00am. RSVPs are required; please email stephanie@sanmateoRCD.org to RSVP by 4:00pm 3/17/2023. The deadline for bid submissions is 4/10/2023 at 12:00pm NOON. More information and the complete bid package are available at www.sanmateorcd.org/rfbs-rfqs/. Published in the Half Moon Bay Review March 8, 2023 The cost estimate for the project is approximately $1,900,000-$2,250,000. Project Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to perform all work required to construct facilities that include: a new raw water pump station at Peters Creek, a pre-treatment facility and associated piping, new transmission pipelines, and the associated electrical facilities. Project Work will also include furnishing and installing the foundation and piping associated to a new 600,000-gallon bolted steel raw water storage tank as described in the Contract Documents, however, the new raw water storage tank and appurtenances will be furnished and installed by owner/ owner's representatives. Drawings for the new raw water storage tank from the supplier are included in the Appendix 1 for reference. The Project is at Portola Redwoods State Park, located in an unincorporated part of San Mateo County, near La Honda, California. The project is located within Portola Redwoods State Park at 9000 Portola State Park Rd. La Honda, CA 94020
