Period of Performance. The Period of Performance under this Contract shall commence upon the effective date of initial NTP. All work to be performed under this Contract shall be completed no later than May 31, 2024. Project Summary and Bid Document Information: The project consists of constructing an enclosed addition of 1056 square feet and a covered exterior dining addition of 960 square feet to the Quail Dunes Pro Shop and Café. It also includes remodeling the kitchen, restrooms and dining area. This project, due to the location, falls under the auspices of Morgan County Planning and Zoning and the IBC 2009 Building Code. A Morgan County building permit will be required to be obtained by the contractor. However, since this building and the entire premises are owned by the City of Fort Morgan, the IBC 2015 and the 2018 Energy Code is required to be followed. All work is to be in compliance with these specifications and construction plans.
