Site work and new construction of a detention facility in Boulder, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.
As of May 10, 2023, project was awarded to Rexel USA, Inc., awarded amount is not available. Boulder County is seeking bids for the portion of electrical gear on the exterior of the Alternative Sentencing Facility, which will include the main CT cabinet, main disconnecting cabinet, and full-size transfer switching cabinet. Please see the specifications and drawings at the end of this document. There will be a different electrical contractor responsible for all construction of the new build, contractor unknown at this point. The generator is already in Boulder County's possession. There will be some on-site start up with the transfer switch and acceptance testing. Looking for bids from Eaton or GE gear only. No substitutes.
