Renovation of a water / sewer project in Boulder, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Boulder (City) Utilities Department is seeking submissions from qualified general contractors for Construction-Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) Services for the Betasso Water Treatment Facility Disinfection Capacity and Corrosion Control Program. The Program will include up to six (6) potentially separate projects. These projects may be completed in sequence or bundled to provide best value, quality, and uninterrupted service to the City. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Betasso Water Treatment Facility Disinfection Capacity and Corrosion Control Program (Program) invites Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) according to the requirements set forth in this RFQ. The SOQs will be reviewed and evaluated, as described in Section 6, to short list an anticipated three (3) Construction-Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) firms. Upon completion of the SOQ evaluation process, the City of Boulder (City) will communicate the resulting short list to all CMAR firms submitting an SOQ. Only those short-listed CMAR firms will receive the Request for Proposals (RFP).
